Returns (EU consumer right)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Some exclusions may apply (e.g., hygiene items if opened/used).
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags where applicable).
- Items that are damaged due to misuse may be refused or partially refunded.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable if opened/used (where applicable).
How to start a return
Email contact@excersio.net with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider (typically a few business days after approval).
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or shipping damage).
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
